My favorite iFit trainers with treadmill workouts are Lucy Bartholomew, Tommy Rivs Puzey, and Casey Gilbert. I also have a rower but don’t use it as much as the treadmill. When I do, I’m usually looking for a shorter workout to warm up before weights, so I’ve repeated the 20 Minutes to Toned series and the Lake Bled 10-minute warm-up workout more than a few times.1

Have you checked out the C2 Workout of the Day? You can subscribe through the online logbook and they'll email you a variety of workouts.
A bit off topic, are you participating in the C@ virtual team challenge? Here at MFP we have a team call Stravarians that could use all the metres we can get looged.

You probably know that you can use a bunch of different apps with a Concept 2, some of which have workouts. There's a list of partner apps here:

In addition to the Concept 2 WODs Brian mentioned, which are here:

. . . they also have a rowing workout podcast, info here:

There are also various outfits like Dark Horse Rowing that offer programs (for subscription, in their case). I'm not super familiar with those - not how I approach training programs, when I've bothered to actually train vs. just work out. Dark Horse has a good rep, and the content I've seen is solid. Their web site is here:

(I'm not affiliated with them in any way - just aware of them as a sound source of info.)
I'm on on-water rower, mostly. In Winter, I use a Concept 2 to stay in reasonable rowing condition, and work on some aspects of technique that are easier to focus on with a machine vs. on water. I do what most people would consider extremely boring, repetitive workouts, just emphasizing work on different aspects of technique in different workouts. (I usually do something like 3 or 4 times (2k work, 2 minutes easy) . . . every time, unless I'm following a training plan.)
I can't handle any kind of video while rowing (too distracting, for me), but there are rowing videos on YouTube that let you imagine you're on a river (if you have a good imagination), plus workout videos. Dark Horse has some free workouts there. I'd exercise some caution with YouTube instruction, since there's a lot of bad rowing out in the wild. Consider the source.
