Hello from Iowa

Would be happy to lose 60 pounds and go from there. I’m trying 18:6 and counting calories during my 6. Looking for other IF people. And, those that won’t say omg you had a candy bar. I eat within my calories so if I want chocolate I have it. I was on here several years ago and lost 50 pounds. I’ve gained 45 back. Hoping to be comfortable with myself in 20 months to feel good in my wedding dress. I can’t even think of trying on dresses. Haven’t started my exercise routine but do have a plan put together by my trainer. And, I have a Fitbit ordered. I’m ready for this!

    It's wise not to deny yourself of foods you like if you can fit them into your calories and still get adequate nutrition. I don't do IF, but I do eat breakfast (if you can call it that - lately uncooked rolled oats soaked in plain yogurt for a while) much later than most.

    If you've done this before, you know to take it slow, be patient, and celebrate the little successes. Don't beat yourself up if you stumble - just keep moving on towards your goals!
