I can't sign up for Premium

When I try, the app says

"There are no subscriptions available for your account"

I contacted support, but received no response.
What to do?

    Hi @JRockAlypse, upon review it doesn't appear that we have received any support requests from the email address linked to your account. If you have not received a response within 48 hours, I would recommend sending in a new case to ensure we actually received it.
