motivation

need some motivation on losing weight..I always fall off when.I start trying to lose weight

  • You can do this. You must find a reason to lose weight and remember the goal. I decided I was sick of listening to my girlfriends talk about the latest diet fad of fasting, cleansing or taking expensive supplements. They would lose 5 or so lbs but always gain it back. I decided not to say anything and just start using MFP. I weigh myself everyday to keep from shoving things into my mouth. I log food and exercise and read these posts to help me and others. You can do this. I have fallen off the wagon from May to mid-August but have been back on for a week. I feel much better and know the extra lbs will come back off.


    You can't look forward if you are looking behind. Keep your eyes on your goal and don't worry about the past, you can only control what happens from this point forward.
