I have my goals set at a particular amount for carbs, protein etc. For example my protein is set at 274. But the app changes it to a higher number 365 after I exercise. Is there a way to keep at the original amount?

It's set as a % of your total calories. When you log exercise you earn additional calories to account for that activity as it is unaccounted for in your activity level if you've set yourself up as MFP intends. Your macros (carbs, protein, fat) are what comprises your calories so if your calories are increased, your macros also have to increase as 1g carb = 4 calories, 1g protein = 4 calories, and 1g dietary fat = 9 calories.
What do you have your %s set at? 274 grams of protein seems damn high.0 -
If you have Premium, you can choose under what macros your extra calories are added (i think). But for the free version, no, it's a percentage so it will increase with exercise calories.0
