I'm new here

I'm knew here. But I've used the app to log food and fell off the wagon in 2020 after suffering an accident where exercise was no longer possible the way I wanted to exercise like before.

This year's goals:

* Log every meal and all snacks (staying under 1600 cal/day)

* Hit up at least 2 fitness group workout sessions per week at the gym where I have a membership at.
