Hi
I'm Lauren, I'm 34 and need to loose a lot of weight. I have lost a lot before but gained it back after having two children.
I struggle with bad sleep deprivation from my youngest. Looking for people to add me as a friend so we can motivate, support and encourage each other.

Welcome to MFP! There's lots of great tools here to support your weight loss.
Motivation only goes so far. There will be days (and weeks) you don't have it. You have to develop habits and keep them up. I sometimes am not motivated to brush my teeth, but if I don't do it, there may be consequences. It's a habit. Repetition makes it easier every day.
A good step is to set some long- and short-term goals. What goals are you setting for yourself along the way? What specific strategies are you employing to assure your success? Don't count on other to inspire you to succeed. You really have to do it yourself. That said, you will find LOTS of support here.0
