Better weightloss

So I've started going to the gym 3xpw doing 2 sessions treadmill and 1 session swim. I am sticking to 20 lengths swimming but the treadmill I need some advice on. I'm wondering is it more beneficial to do the 5k walk on an incline of 7 sub 1hr or walking for 4.30 and sprinting for 0.30 on an incline of 2. Not sure if this is the right place to ask tbh

Since your title asked what was better for weight loss, I'd say... They are almost the same. Exercise is great for your overall health and stamina, but weight loss comes from the kitchen. You can't outrun a bad diet, so if your focus is weight loss perhaps you should be asking about dietary changes and suggestions instead. 🙂1
