Hi I’m Steve i was on here a few years ago but didn’t know about this part of it so hopefully il get to know and gain some friends on here to share the journey of losing weight :)

    There's lots of good information here if you look for it. Pay attention to the "sticky" posts at the top of each category.

    It sounds like you went away for a while. Now that you're back, what goals do you have for yourself using MFP?
