How to I log my daily weight

How do I log my daily weight if I don’t have premium ?

    In the app?
    On the dashboard/start screen, scroll down to Progress and tap on the + sign on the weight graph.

    As per Lietchi, you don't need premium for that.

    If you have some models of Bluetooth scale, you can set it up to record automatically.

    Plus the scale app (I have an inexpensive Renpho) provides a really good graph. It’s been very useful for identifying when I’ve lost and when I’ve gained, so I can then refer back to MFP food logs to see what food and exercise was different during that period.

    On my laptop, I log in and click "Check in". At the top left corner, there is a place to enter in your day's weight, then press save or enter or done. (I forget which). Once it's saved, you'll also see under that entry your weight loss or gain for that day.
