New to community, but not fitness pal

Hi Everyone, My name is Wendy. I have been using MFP for 7 years off and on. I gained some weight during COVID, and Lost 15 # a year ago. I have managed to keep the weight off, and want to lose another 15 by April 6th. Thought I could get more moral support if I joined the community. Up until 4 years ago, I was walking2 half marathons a year, and am a former athlete. I fell down the steps of our Travel Trailer in April of 2018 and bruised my back, shoulder, and head, and twisted my Left ankle outward on the landing. It has never recovered, and has ended my half marathon walking, It is too painful for me to walk very far at all. I Just turned 61, and have to find other ways to exercise.
