GUESS IT'S TIME

Good morning..... Got blood results back from my Doctor yesterday who told me that I am now officially pre-diabetic (6'2" 260 lbs 73 years old). I was instructed to lose 20 pounds over the next 4 months or be placed on medication..... I've used this app before with great success and hope I can do so again. I SHOULD be able to lose the 20 lbs standing on one leg... :)

    All it takes is one motivating factor! 20 lbs is only little over a lb a week. Not too bad if you follow the plan.

    I hope you can make your goal. If you've done it before successfully, you know how to do it. I bet you'll get there because you're going to focus on it because the consequences of not succeeding are not ideal.

    I am curious what you're going to do when you do get to that goal. Will you have more to lose? Will you try to stay at that weight? What will you do differently this time so you don't gain it back? It's all about setting habits you can continue indefinitely.
