Reserve Web Page Space for Advertising

The web-site is very difficult to use as-is because the web pages present the page, and in the seconds that follow everything on the page moves to a new location as the advertisements get inserted on the page. Instead the pages could have blank/white space reserved for the advertisements, and when the advertisements are ready to present they can appear within the reserved blank/white space without having other page elements moving around.
