Change

I just recently closed my MFP account for reasons I cannot disclose. Instead of taking a little time to sort things out I made a few rash decisions and realized I needed this program to log my food, keep my calorie burn and intake balanced. Eat healthy and exercise. So here I am again, once you get use to the program and stay consistent with your daily food diary and exercise you will be amazed at the results.
