I am tackling the same ideas this year. I am focusing on movement each day, meditation and being more mindful about what I eat (the last one is the toughest for me).0

That has been my focus as well. Meditation, sleep, healthy eating and exercise.0

Also take into consideration the environment you are most in (like work) and cities that have a lot of pollution, rest, and type of relationship you have with someone. These all can affect your overall health.
