What creamer or milk is lowest carb for coffee and tea, I’m a big coffee and tea drinker.

Heavy Cream or Heavy Whipping Cream has less than 1g carbs per Tbsp.

The heavier the fat content of the milk, the lower the carbs will be. low fat milk has more carbohydrates than whole milk or heavy cream because the fat is skimmed away and more product is required to produce the same volume so there is a higher lactose content.
