Hi! I'm new.

Hi! I'm new (one week) into myfitnesspal and finding that it is good for me to have accountability with the daily log in, both for food intake and exercise. I will turn 60 in a few short weeks and wanted to give a gift to myself. Taking care of myself, so I have some of me left to care for others! I'm jumping right in with both Keto and Intermittent Fasting. Together, they seem to be working for me. More energy. Feeling more in control with intentional eating. I also began a goal of 3 days a week exercise with walk/jogs.
