Hello from sunny Pta in SA

Good afternoon from sunny South Africa. I started training with my 15 year old son in November last year. We train 5 days a week. We do a 3 day split full body workout with weights, followed by two days of cardio after a days rest. We rest again on a Sunday and get back into the gym on a Monday. I have just recently come across My Fitness Pal and I am looking forward to enjoying the various benefits the site and its community offers. Stay focused on achieving small wins every day and...very quickly they add up to BIG WINS!!!

    Yes, there's some great tools here. What goals are you trying to achieve? Bulking up/gaining weight? Losing weight? Developing new lifting routines? You can do that; what would you call success for yourself?

    This is so cool. I wish I’d done physical stuff with my girls when they were young. All I can hope now is that I’ll be an inspiration to them not to go the route I followed.
