It's Been Four Days Now

The information on my home page (PC, Windows 10/Chrome) still shows over -1000 calories from exercise. This is incorrect! I reached out to MFP on Facebook and they referred me to an email address, which I contacted from my personal email address. I have yet to receive a reply. I attempted to contact https://myfitnesspal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us (Customer Happiness Team(?)) and it prompts for a sign in, and rejects my MFP password, rendering it unusable. I just want to know if it's being worked on by IT, that it might be fixed, or is this the new normal"
