Happy New Year 2023 Introduction

Hi I’m Lisa I’m 57 and 184 pds.
Hope the new year started well for you all. As for me I unfortunately started the year with COVID and blood work that shows my high cholesterol is bad. I been taking cholesterol medicine for a very long time so I need to make healthy changes.
Last year I spent most of the year doing the keto diet and lost a lot of weight being I was above 200 pounds. I still have more to go but I may be giving keto a little break to add fruit fiber hopefully this will help control my cholesterol. Also i don’t eat meat making keto diet a little harder.
My word is going to be mindful because this will help me stop bingeing because I tend to blow my diet a lot saying I can start tomorrow and this is not working.
Hope to find and give motivation for a healthy 2023 journey. ❤️
