Never mind... a search before I posted didn't show the existing thread!

I'm assuming the exercise number I'm seeing is what my Fitbit estimates I'll burn overall for the day rather than just exercise calories (on my tracker, I show 1970 calories burned so far for the day, 226 of that via treadmill workout).
How can I tweak my settings to fix this? Is disconnecting my Fitbit or turning off exercise adjustment the only way? I don't mind it adjusting for what I do above and beyond normal daily life, but it seems to be adjusting for calories I burn by simply existing. What am I missing here?
Side note: I wish I could eat 3300 calories a day and lose weight =D
