Activities not automatically posting to newsfeed

I have used MFP for a long time and anytime I exercised using my Garmin watch it would upload to Strava and Sync with MFP. It still does this, but it no longer automatically posts to my newsfeed. I checked my Automatic News Feed Update Settings, but that doesn't seem to help.
