If you're still running into any troubles, try going to the settings of your RH app & unlink your MFP (if it is showing as linked from their end). Then go to settings on your mobile MFP app, look at Profile and take note of your username.

When reconnecting to MFP on the Team RH app use your username rather than your email when you reconnect to MFP on the Team RH app in the box where it asks for email/username. Then enter your MFP password.
