I love this app. Super easy I'm in 9 days now. After a week I lost 5 lbs.

    That's a great start. You probably know to expect the loss to slow down. It should; five pounds a week isn't sustainable. It's common to have a rapid loss at first. Take it slow, set some goals, and work towards them.
