Hey guys, I hope everybody is doing well. I am currently on Lisdexamphetamine (Vyvanse), and am wondering if it will affect my BMR. I know my basal body temperature and resting heart rate are a little higher than usual, so I'm curious if the meds are affecting my BMR in a non-negligible way.
Thanks

It’s a central nervous system stimulant so it very well may have an effect.0

I take adderall. Vyvanse just hit different.I ended up having bad stomach issues with it. It also made me drop weight like crazy!!!! I look fit in the matter of months without working out. Adderall does not have that effect on me. I believe vyvanse is stronger or just the way it interacts with my body. But yes for me it did affect it. I hope the medication helps you.1
