New Year, new start

Hi, I decided to start 2023 with a new mindset of being active daily. In the past I've always focused on weight loss and have been mildly successful then given up. Last year I strained my back and had to have physio and daily exercises, so this year I'm concentrating on being active and varying my routine to keep me interested. So far, so good.. feeling stronger and happier! Also eating better and for gut health. Bonus: have lost 2kgs since 1st Jan and feeling like I can do this long term. I look forward to walking now and doing stretches/swimming. Joined Les Mills online and it's such a good motivator. Amazing how little changes every day can bring so much reward.
