I set a goal on 1st Jamuary this year for myself to reduce 20 lbs in 5 months. I do 3-4 h of exercise per week, follow nutrition by myfitnesspal app, drink 8 glasses of water a day - yet I am not getting much positive results. The weight is fluctuating but not descending. I would appreciate any help and guidance.

What is your height, weight, gender, age? How many calories are you shooting for a day?1

Give it a little more time. Do your cloths fit any differently? More than likely your eating more calories than data bases suggest because they're wrong, a lot, store labeling and using less precise measuring utensils as opposed to a scale but generally speaking people underestimate calories by as much as 300-500 a day, especially when eating out. cheers0
