Angel Lush with Pineapple

Total Time: 1 hr 15 min
Makes: 10 servings, one piece each
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 can (20 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple in Juice, undrained
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 prepared round angel food cake (10 oz.)
10 fresh strawberries
MIX dry pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
CUT cake horizontally into three layers. Place bottom cake layer on serving plate; top with one-third of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers two times.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour. Top with strawberries just before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

Because it's guilt free goodness! LOL! I have always liked angel food cake but I would eat too much of it!! LOL!0

Oh my God, I made this a few summers ago and it was soooooooo good!
It is such a good recipe and if you are a cool whip fan (which I am), I would highly recommend to try this dessert. It also has the added bonus of being very easy to make too! :flowerforyou:0 -
this weekend I made and angle food cake. It was a whole lot easier than I thought.. NO fat, and it makes 12 servings at 140 per serving. topped it off with FF cool whip and strawberries. Yum
By the way, I saw the posted recipe in my Kraft mag. that I get ( for free- check out -Kraft.com) and was planning making it! the picture looks yummy!0 -
The thing with me & angel food cake... it's just so light and yummy... I can never have 1 serving.
