For....what exactly? Here are two good things to read:

I look at food labels or look (with a careful eye because of errors) at the MFP database; the macros (fat, carb, protein) are already there.0

Yes, as long as you are hitting your minimums of protein and fat, which are discussed in both links, eat whatever macro split satisfies YOU the most.
The MFP defaults (50% from carbohydrates, 20% from protein and 30% from fat) are a good place to start, assuming you exercise. If you're sedentary, consider bumping up your protein, taking away some from carbs.0 -
I wouldn’t focus so so hard on macros initially, while still learning the app.
It can be so overwhelming trying to balance calories and macros, many people throw up their hands in frustration and walk away.
I (and ymmv) feel like my body was so happy at the beginning, not being forcefed so much food, that it rewarded me with weight loss and improvement, regardless. Anything I would have eaten would have been a hundred fold better than what I was eating before.
Once I got the calories under control, and had introduced som nutritious foods into the mix, I was better equipped to start looking at macros.
Even 5+ years in, my macros bounce day-to-day. Instead of trying to get them perfect every day, every Sunday I’ll review the 7 day average. As long as that’s on track, I’m ok with some daily variation.
There’s a drop down box on the nutrition screen that will let you change from a daily to a 7day view. Just don’t forget to change it back.0
