Anyone struggling with brittle pre-diabetes? Weirdest thing ever but bc its brittle, im keeping track of everything i do for the next few months - its more accurate than looking at an a1c....anyhow - if anyone wants to add me, feel free - accountability is key sometimes...also i struggle with crohns...i lead a fun lovely life lol
