These are the figures as they appear today - Jan 31/23
Calories remaining 1638
Goal - 1200; Food-1079; Exercise 1517 = -438
They make no sense to me although my goal is 1200 and the Food eaten is 1079. I did one hour of water fit which equals 265 calories.

Do you have a synced activity tracker and did you take many steps today (aside from your hour of water fit)?
Because an adjustment of 1500 exercise calories is huge so potentially a bad number unless you've been extremely active today.0 -
