Hi. I've been using MyFitnessPal for about a month. I've also been going to the gym regularly for a month also. I haven't lost much weight, but I feel more confident and stronger.

I read atomic habits recently and the author said 2 things that have been my mantra lately.

1. Do not give up
2. Overnight, in a few months, I will see the progress and others will too.
