I have had this DVD set for years and never completed it. The 1st week has been done countless times along with the 1st couple of days in week 2. Well no more fizzling out folks. I made two New Year's Resolutions this year and 1 of them is to complete this workout program by Spring Break! We are going to Disneyland (finally after we were supposed to go in 2020 :'( ) and I want the strength and stamina to enjoy myself. I've done 9 out of 42 workouts so far and have 52 days to complete them.
Things that make me feel good about this goal:
  • I'm given room to make mistakes.
  • I actually like these workouts.
  • My awesome family showers me in support every time I get a workout in.
  • Putting little taco stickers on the countdown calendar is really satisfying.
