Hi everyone I'm Carol and am a 51 year old with high blood pressure for years. Just a few months ago was finally diagnosed with a arythmia (atrial fibrillation, AF, a-fib). I'm still learning my boundaries of what I can and can't do without my my heart dance. Doctor did give me the go for walking and a exercise bike. He also twerked my diet again due to chronic kidney issues.
Does anyone else suffer from any of those illnesses? If so how do you or how have you learned to adjust? What kind of things can you suggest to help me along?
