    First and foremost, MAKE SURE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS UP TO PAR WITH THE PROGRESS YOU WANT TO SEE IN YOUR BODYY! Let me know if you are suffering because that’s honestly where everyone should be starting ! Then working their way up to food freedom and eating enough , not too much and still feeling good!

    Gaining is simply eating more calories than you burn. What KIND of weight you gain is dependent on what you're doing to attain it. Many gain FAT WEIGHT from eating more and doing nothing. Others gain muscle buy adding a progressive lifting program to their eating. As Ann said, there are some links here that address adding weight by gaining muscle.
