Actually i was here years ago. I tried Keto but that was too hard for me. In my70’s anyone here try Water Fitness? It’s great exercise. Very comfortable to do easy on joints. I would love to make dinner friends here. Thanks

I've been doing acquagym for 25 yrs. I also swim. Yes, it's easier on your joints--I have OA. There are different levels of acquagym. It can be an excellent workout.1
