    Motivation is fleeting.

    Maybe what you need is to develop some good habits that you can continue indefinitely. You already do some things by habit without motivation, like brushing your teeth or going to work. Weight management is the same way. First step is to set some goals. What goals do you have for yourself to hold yourself accountable to? Even if you have motivation, you need those goals!
