Connecting fitbit shouldn't be so hard

On the desktop website, it shows fitbit as connected and selected for step counting.
On the android app, it shows fitbit as connected but under steps a box is checked saying "don't track steps". It is impossible to uncheck this box. This is NOT selected on the website.
I have unlinked and relinked and unlinked and relinked and restarted phone, installed apps, etc. Nothing works.
Very very very poor integration. Get a developer with a better understanding of API's.

Hi @zonk13! Sorry to hear you're having trouble integrating with Fitbit. Unfortunately the way this integration works is not in our control, but we would be happy to help get you up and running. Please contact our Customer Happiness team via https://myfitnesspal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us or email directly to support@myfitnesspal.com and we should be able to get you sorted no problem.

    Cheers!
