Intro

Hello,

My name IsPaula and I am trying to lose 60 lbs. I have already lost 60 using My Fitness Pal, but I am having trouble keeping motivated.

I would like some friends to help me along my journey.

I am over 50 so my needs are different than those of the younger generation. I particularly need to get between 60-80 grams of protein per day.

I need some snack ideas and just someone to communicate when I get sidetracked. Good luck to everyone.
