Google Fit/Amazfit Band 5 Not Syncing with App

I've been having issues syncing my Google Fit with the myfitnesspal app. I wear an Amazfit Band 5 and use Zepp and Google Fit apps to track my steps and workouts. I had no issues before until recently when I skipped a few days of logging in my food intake. Now my steps are not showing up in my food diary. I've tried disconnecting and connecting Google Fit from MFP. I have also installed and uninstalled both Fit and MFP to see of any changes or updates. I have even updated the Zepp app as well. Any reasons as to why this is happening and have any suggestions on how to fix this?
