Chipotle 500 or less meals

Hi does someone have a go to chipotle order 500 or less? I see “carnitas salad” in the app but it doesn’t say exactly what ingredients to put on it thanks!

To be honest, it can be hard to do. A couple of the lifestyle bowls as is are under 500. You can do a salad, but change the dressing out for some salsa instead (the dressing is like 200 cals alone!).

The burrito bowl I do is about 650 give or take. But it's a lot of protein.

Yeah, Chipotle is worth the calorie hit, IMO.

600+ calories is about as good as you will do at any restaurant. Leaving off or reducing the portions of dressings, sour cream and cheese helps.

Restaurant meals are hit or miss as far as accuracy goes in general. I don't eat at restaurants very often for that very reason. :)

Starting with the salad assumption, lettuce + carnitas = 435 calories, leaving you only 65 calories, which can be filled with salsa (but not the corn salsa, which is 80 calories) and fajita veggies.

I'd get (at least) 1,000 calories worth and make two meals out of it.

ETA: I used to go to Chipotles regularly, and always overate. Then for 10 years there wasn't one close to me, so I'd only get it once/twice per year. Now there is one near me, but I guess I've been concerned about overeating. I do love their carnitas though, and I don't buy conventionally raised pork.

If I start with the burrito bowl, the portion of carnitas must be smaller. I can get carnitas, black beans, chili corn salsa, light sour cream, fajita veggies, and lettuce for exactly 500 calories.
