So frustrating!

Broke my ankle in September. Cast for 6 weeks. Then physical therapy. Another injury from PT. Gained 23 pounds back from the 47. I lost. Feels like I am starting all over again. I got this! But it's so frustrating!!

I'm so sorry to hear that. The good news is you know where to start. Take a look at your diet and calories. Then go back to basics and start eating at your new calorie deficit (probably less exercise?). You can do it, you've done it before! And 23 pounds really isn't that much in the grand scheme of things.0

Oh, man, I've had injuries that sidelined me. It is really hard to lose weight or even maintain weight when injured.

I’m recovering from knee surgery and it’s tough with no exercise. But thinking about how this is a long game helps. As long as we don’t give up we’ve got this.0
