So I just had a general question here, I’m not asking what anybody takes nor do I care it’s your body you do what you choose. I know we are what we put in our bodies but with that being said how many people here are on some kind of Hgh or SARM?

I would HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT resort to either if you're well under 30 years old. There's really no reason to do them if your EATING and lifting regimen are good and you're consistent. A growing number of people become dependent on PED's and can't get off them. And usually they will resort to other more potent ones once they start seeing progress and then it slows down or halts.
That's my OPINION from years of being in the bodybuilding circle for 35+ years. I personally didn't go that route and was able to maintain the physique I had in my 20's.

Wait till you’re older than 25 with 10 years of natural lifting under your belt, including proper dieting exercise and rest, before revisiting the topic of pharma0

Unless you’re seriously low with testosterone there is no reason to take those things. There are side effects with some. Just develop a good physique at a certain point, younger the better, and continue with a life of fitness and diet to maintain it. You’ll keep your physique way into your 60’s if you do things correctly.0
