Started 75 Hard this week!

I just started 75 Hard yesterday. Yes, I know it's "extreme" but I needed it more for mental strength than anything. I have had a very difficult time being consistent with diet and exercise for a few years now and my weight skyrocketed. This is a way I know I can hold myself accountable and rebuild those habits of consistency through sheer determination. Please join me in discussion if you are doing it as well, I'd love to have an accountability partner!!
