Looking forward to managing and better understanding where all my calories come from. As I’ve gotten older it’s harder to lose and change some habits. Besides, I have an important wedding to attend to in September 2024 :)

    Welcome!

Yes, you've come to a good place to explore the impact of your food choices on your health and fitness. If you start out without actively making changes but simply logging ALL your food and drinks completely, consistently, and honestly, you will get great insight into where you are now. Then you can start making changes.

It's also so wise to look far enough down the road that success will be easy. Well, not THAT easy, but giving yourself 18 months is so much more realistic than some people's idea of fast weight loss. Slow and steady is the way to go. Use this time to develop good habits that you will continue even after 2024 so you can be fit and healthy in your "adult years."
