So Far So Good

wow.......i've been on different diets over last few years and to be honest i get bored with syn values... point counting and feeling guilty when i have a treat.
so thought id try a different approach.... Calorie counting with MFP and in 2 weeks i've lost 6 pounds!!! i don't feel like i've been restricted and still have my treats. I haven't introduced exercise as of yet just see how the food goes first then will up my game when needed. :-)

    Don't stress about the exercise, the diet is foremost. Once you are stuck on your weight, introduce whatever exercise(s) you feel comfortable with.

    I love this. That's why I just started here, as well (first day today). I need to know I can eat anything I choose, as long as I count the calories. I'm inspired by how well it's going for you!
