How to use intermittent fasting in myfitness app

I’m confused as to how to log the timing for the intermittent fasting here on myfitness app.

I’m doing 12noon that’s when illl start to eat and then stop at 8. So how do I log that??

The intermittent fasting tracker is only available on the app.
    Here's more info:

What is missing for you? I think you can change the name of the different meals per day or delete whole sections like 'breakfast'. Just go to settings on the website: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary-settings

There it's explained how to get rid of headers or rename some. I think that's all you need.

Yeah, you can just name your Meal slots as times.

For instance, Meal 1 (breakfast) could be named, "Midnight to 4AM," Meal 2 could be named, "4AM - 8AM," and etc. Then you just log food in the time slot.

You could just use one or two time slots, too. Like "Noon - 8PM" and "8PM - Noon."

It does not matter how you log food. Just log it. :) You could log it all in one Meal slot, that's all you need.
