Weigh in week 2

Happy Valentines to all of you in this brave group. I appreciate you!
I had some major emotional triggers this week with family of origin stuff. In the middle of it I felt overwhelmed and my body was very stressed. Now looking back it was an opportunity to choose some different coping skills besides eating emotionally. (Journaling, music, bubble baths, talking to a friend). If I didn’t, I would have gained more than this .6 lbs.
