Is there somewhere to track your weight in this app? I can’t seem to find it. Thank you.

Yes. It's kind of basic.
On web MFP, it's in My Home/Check-In.
In the phone/tablet app, scroll down the main dashboard until you see Progress, then hit the plus sign in the upper right of that section. (That's where it is in the Android app; Apple/iOS is usually similar.)
I'm not sure how long it will keep the data in free or even premium MFP, so if you want to keep it long term, you might want to get one of the free weight-trending apps, such as Happy Scale for Apple/iOS, Libra for Android, Trendweight (requires a free Fitbit account but you don't need a device, last I knew), or Weightgrapher. Probably there are others. Some people also use their own spreadsheet to track weight, so they can do their own statistics. I just use Libra, myself.1 -
All my weight data is still there from when I started MFP. I just can't download it all in one go if I wanted to.1
