New to the group!

Hi everyone! My name is Michelle and I'm looking forward to getting healthier,more active and finding some good tips on how to get started. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I struggle with just getting started with an exercise regimen. I don't know if there is anyone else in the same boat that has found a good way to ramp up or whatever. I'm open to ideas and I hope I can also help others on their journey too.
